Hi. We have a 7 month old boy, who has never been bottle fed consistently. A couple of times when he was a month or so old, but against my better judgement my wife said that we didn't need to keep it going. Now we are wanting to be able to go to the odd event (such as an upcoming wedding) and want to be able to have someone else sit the baby and bottle feed him. Trouble is, he has his first tooth and more on the way, and uses the dummy and anything else that goes into his mouth - apart from mum's breast - as a teether. Cups don't work either. I'm sure he associates the taste of the silicone with a non-food item and just chews on it. How do we get him out of this habit and take a bottle?
